1. How can I place an order on Abimaan's  website/M-Site?

Ordering your products is simple. Just follow these simple steps to place an order on our website/Mobile site-

  1. Click on the desired product to be ordered, select the desired size and click on  "ADD TO CART". Select all the products you wish to buy using this method.

  2. Once all the desired products are added to the Cart, click on the “CART BUTTON”.

  3. Click on THE “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' button.

  4. Sign in to your account using your registered email ID/ Mobile number and password. If you are visiting the website for the first time, then you can choose to check out as a Guest User, or you can also create a new account/sign up for a seamless shopping experience and faster checkout. We recommend that you create an account, which is a simple process.

  5. Enter your shipping and billing address.

  6. Re-check your order details.

  7. Choose from Prepaid & COD payment options.

  8. In case you have selected a prepaid option, you will be redirected to a fully secure RAZOR PAY payment gateway where you need to enter your card/wallet details.

  9. In case you have selected COD, then you click on “PAY NOW” and complete the transaction.

  10. Great! Now your order has been successfully placed. You will receive an Order confirmation email and SMS with your entire order information. 


2. How do I edit my order?

If you wish to edit your order immediately after placing it, you can email on the given id <a href="mailto:care@abhimaan.com">care@abhimaan.com</a> or WhatsApp at 9700700710 to make your desired change. And make sure to do it before the order is dispatched from our end, because once the order is dispatched then you can get the product exchanged only. 

There is no provision for editing orders on the website. Kindly verify your order before finally placing it. 


3. How can I track my order?
If you wish to track your order, then you can WhatsApp us at 9700700704 or email us at care@abhimaan.com with your order number, and our team will get back to you. 

4. How do I place a return request?

If you wish to return your product, then you can raise the request by emailing us at care@abhimaan.com or WhatsApp at 9700700704 with your Order Number in the email subject for returning the product.

 

Kindly note that we have a 15-day easy return/exchange policy. 


5. What is the return policy?


At Abhimaan, we curate each and every product with love and attention to detail. But still, if you don't like the fit of the product or it is damaged, then you can get the product exchanged with a question policy by emailing us at care@abhimaan.com.  We exchange the product for a different product or give a credit voucher with a validity of 1 year. As a policy, we offer returns only in the form of store credit, which has a validity of 12 months.

Kindly note, we don't have a payment refund policy. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case if the product received by the customer is damaged or of incorrect size, i.e, size apart from the ordered size.

 Just make sure that the products are not used, unwashed, or unaltered for return. All tags must be intact and attached, and items must be returned in original packaging. For this, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note that reverse pick up takes a minimum of 48 hours. Once the product is received in our warehouse then the product undergoes a quality check to make sure the product received is in fine condition. After the clearance from Quality check, we will dispatch the new requested product.

Kindly note, the product will be exchanged only once. In case of a second time exchange shipping charge of 80 Rs. will be borne by the customer. Products which are on sale and bought at the time of the EOSS will be exchanged only once and exchange will be chargeable. 

6. How do I cancel my order? 

If you decide to make a cancellation, then you will have to email atcare@abhimaan.com or call 9700700710 before the product is dispatched. After the product is dispatched, you will place the exchange request only once the product reaches you. 


7. If I cancel my order then in how many days will I receive my refund amount?

For all the prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days. If you had placed the order using the Cash on Delivery method, then no amount would be refunded since the order was not paid for. 

In case you haven’t received your refund then we request you to write to us at care@abhimaan.com with Order ID and a screenshot of your Account transactions.

8. What is the exchange process?


Abhimaan has a 7-day return and exchange policy, which gives you an option to exchange items purchased from the website/m-site within 7 days of receipt of the item. Just make sure that the products are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags intact and packaging for return/ exchange. Of course, You are welcome to try a product with utmost care to preserve its original condition.

Kindly note, all kinds of exchanges, whether size or product, are subject to the stock availability. To place a return/exchange request, email to us at care@abhimaan.com with the subject Exchange along with your Order ID.  

Kindly note that we will levy a basic charge of 80 Rs at the time of the replacement. If the products received by the customer are defective or of the wrong size, in that case, the refund/ exchange will be free of cost. 

The following are the Exceptions that are applicable to the products that are to be returned and exchanged:

  1. Make sure to try on the articles very carefully. The items should be unused and are in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact (e.g., no lipstick marks on the garment).

  2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Abhimaan’s website, mobile site.  Kindly note that you will not be able to exchange the products bought offline through our website. 

  3. The exchange policy is valid for all the products that are subject to availability. 

  4. Kindly pack all the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transportation. For all the products sent by you via self-shipping method, we recommend that you choose a known and reliable courier service. Kindly share the shipping details on care@abhimaan.com with the subject as Order number.  

  5. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case if the product received is damaged or if you have received the incorrect order.

  6. Our courier partner will pick up only those items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you.

  7. In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, then our courier partner will deny the pickup of the product. 

  8. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, then that return will not be processed.


9. How long does it take you to deliver the product? 

We ship your order within 12- 24 business hours from our warehouse, and it will be delivered within 5-7 business days, in most cases, however, it may take longer, depending on the location.

10. When will I receive my exchanged product?

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we undergo a thorough quality check. Once that is done, it will take a maximum of 24-48 hours to ship the new product. Then it will be delivered within 5-7 business days, and in some cases, it may take longer, depending on the location. 

11. What payment methods can we use?

Both online and offline payment methods are available with Abhimaan:

  1. Credit/Debit card

  2. Net Banking

  3. UPI

  4. Cash on Delivery (for India)

  5. Mobile wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM UPI)

12. How do I apply for a promo code?

The promo code can be entered at the time of Payment. There is an option to Apply a coupon wherein you can enter your Coupon code, and your discount will be updated automatically. 

13. What if my order has been delayed from the given delivery time? 

In case of late delivery, kindly wait a little more for 2-3 days. If the order is still not delivered, then write it to us at care@abhimaan.com. We will be contacting our logistics partner to expedite your delivery.

14. Can the order be canceled by Abhimaan as well?

That generally doesn't happen.  But worst case scenario, if the sizes are not available, then Abhimaan will cancel and notify you through email and phone. 


15. Can I modify the shipping address if my order has been placed?

No, there is no option to edit the shipping address once the order is placed on the website. However, you can write it to us at our official email address or call us at 9700700710, and we will try to edit the address in our backend if the order is still in our warehouse. 


16. I wasn’t available to collect my order. Will the delivery be reattempted?

Yes, the courier partner will reattempt to deliver 1 more time. The delivery partner generally calls you when he arrives at your doorstep. Kindly give him the accurate time to deliver the order again. Also, keep a track of the SMS messages from the courier service to be able to present during the delivery time. 

  If the shipment comes back to the warehouse, then you will have to write to us at care@abhimaan.com.

17. What should be done if my order has been opened or tampered with? 

If you see that your package has been opened or tampered with, then we request that you not accept the shipment. If the courier partner doesn't accept to take it back, then we request you to make a video of the package and share it with us at care@abhimaan.com or whatsapp us at 9700700704..  

Kindly note, any mail after 24 hours after receiving the product will not be entertained. 

18. My product is damaged/defective upon arrival. What should I do?

In case you have received a damaged/ defective product, then we request you to inform us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order with the images and videos of the product received. You can do so by writing to us at care@abhimaan.com. Kindly follow the instructions to upload the images:

  1. Make sure all the images are clear and highlight the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit in red.

  2. All the original labels and tags should be intact, and send it along with the invoice.

In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us at our email care@abhimaan.com or call us at 9700700710. We will try our best to resolve the case within 2-3 business days.

Any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.

19. Do you charge anything in case of return/ exchange?

For the first time exchange, we do not charge anything. But after that, we do charge a basic amount of Rs. 80  at the time of Return/ Exchange. However, in case the product received by the customer is defective or of the wrong size in that case the refund/ exchange will be free of cost. 


20. Do you pick up the product I want to return/ exchange from my location?

Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN codes.

  1. We will pick up the return within 3-5 business days from the date of placement of the return. 

  2. Please keep the return/exchange shipment ready and ensure that the product(s) is unused, unworn, unwashed, and all the tags are intact.

In case your pincode is not accepting the return/ exchange, then you can self-ship the product at the given address: C-24 Sector A-1, Tronica City Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh -201102.


21. How can I self-ship the return/ exchange product to Abhimaan?

In case your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, then you will be requested to self-ship the product(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and Return/Exchange ID inside and on the front of the package.
