Return & Exchanges

  • At Abhimaan, every product is crafted with care and precision to bring you the best quality and style.

    Exchange Policy

    We offer exchange only in case of a size issue.

    • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • Exchange is subject to size availability.

    • A shipping charge of INR 150 will be applicable for the first exchange.

    • In case of a second exchange, a shipping charge of INR 250 will apply.

    Please note, we do not offer exchanges for style, color, or design preferences.

    Return Policy

    We follow a No Return Policy, except in the following cases:

    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    In such cases:

    1. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@abhimaan.com with your Order Number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

    2. The customer must self-courier the product to our warehouse within 48 hours of approval.

    3. Once received, our Quality Check (QC) team will inspect the product.

    4. After successful verification, a store credit (valid for 12 months) will be issued for the refund amount.

    Please note:

    • Refunds are issued only as store credit.

    • Products sent without prior communication will not be accepted.

    • Products must be in their original condition and packaging during return.

    Important Points

    • Exchanges/returns are valid only for online purchases from Abhimaan’s website or mobile site.

    • Products purchased from offline stores are not eligible for online exchange or return.

    • Ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

    • In case of a size exchange, the replacement is processed only after QC approval of the returned item.
